The ACCESS INDUSTRIAL PARK offers not only fully developed industrial plots but also a comprehensive advisory services and cost-effective space to rent for start-ups and entrepreneurs from the region as well as temporary offices for interested investors.

These offices, production halls and storage space are available in the integrated Incubator and Advisory Centre Gmünd GBZ Gmünd. Besides a cafeteria, a conference and function room are also available. All companies in the ACCESS INDUSTRIAL PARK are entitled to benefit from the services provided:

Targets:

The Incubator and Advisory Centre was opened in 1996 and due to increasing demand for renting space extended in 1999. The Incubator and Advisory Centre integrated in the cross-border industrial site enables its tenants a stepwise growth and settlement in the neighbouring site. As a first example for this procedure is the settlement of NBG Glass Fibre in 1999.

The main target of the Incubator and Advisory Centre is a successive improvement of the regional structure of economy by stimulation and support of entrepreneurship provided by
